Guild of the Golden Sword
These are the house rules thus far:
1) Everyone has the same XP, whether they were at the session or not.
2) 20 is auto-critical (no need to roll a confirmed critical). 1 is an auto-critical-fail.
3) When selling an item, its worth is sold as half (you can attempt to haggle with a DC barter or diplomacy check, but it means you’re committed to selling the item no matter the outcome).
Rules that are part of Pathfinder but we keep forgetting:
1) Ties (to hit) go to defender.
